The masquerade is over..

Your words don’t mean what they used to mean,
They were once inspired, now they’re just routine.
I’m afraid the masquerade is over,
And so is love..  and so is love..

  1. goddamn, that’s beautiful…could you send me the chords for that?

    …need a light?

Thanks for posting-seems you recorded an entire mini-concert that night. Silly to ask you to post it all, isn’t it?

  2. Hey, Mr G – was beginning to worry about you..

Actually I don’t need a light these days – 1 year and 1 month without burning materials of any kind.. Thanks for the kind words, by the way – I would post a bit more but it needs a little editing. Some of it gets a little more.. er, experimental, and I’m afraid there was a good deal of alcohol involved that night as well as tobacco. No firearms, though, as far as I recall..

  3. I seem to recall a “Somewhere Deep in the Night” recording being posted here earlier. Same shirt and light setup. 😉 That must have been a good night…. Glad to hear about the tobacco…
Thanks for another glimpse of that evening…
